Overview
The Kyosho MINI-Z AWD Readyset (MA-020 series) is a compact four-wheel drive RC drift system designed to deliver accessible and controlled drifting in small spaces. With drift-specific tyres pre-installed and the included 2.4GHz Syncro KT-531P transmitter, it is ready to operate once batteries are added, making it suitable for both newcomers and experienced RC drivers.
Built on the refined MA-020 chassis, the system features VCS (Variable Camber Suspension) at the front, which adjusts camber in relation to suspension stroke to improve handling stability. A revised steering control program further enhances response and precision, supporting smoother and more predictable drift performance.
The chassis is also designed for advanced tuning, including compatibility with an optional gyro unit (sold separately: MZW446). A dedicated mounting space and onboard adjustment dial allow gyro sensitivity to be fine-tuned directly on the chassis, enabling automatic steering correction based on body movement. This helps beginners maintain stability while allowing experienced users to maximise performance control.
With a full bearing specification including 14 bearings, the drivetrain is engineered for improved efficiency and durability. The Readyset includes a factory-assembled scale body with display-quality finish and a simplified 2.4GHz radio system that does not require frequency band management.
