Overview
The Kyosho MINI-Z AWD Readyset (MA-020 series) is a four-wheel drive RC drift chassis designed for high-performance driving in compact spaces. Equipped with drift-specific tyres and paired with the 2.4GHz Syncro KT-531P transmitter, it delivers immediate drifting capability straight out of the box once batteries are installed.
Built on the refined MA-020 chassis, this model features VCS (Variable Camber Suspension) on the front, which optimises camber changes in relation to suspension stroke for improved cornering behaviour. A revised steering control program further enhances handling precision, providing a more responsive and controlled driving experience.
The chassis is also designed to support a dedicated gyro unit (sold separately: MZW446) with an integrated mounting space and onboard adjustment dial. This allows users to fine-tune gyro sensitivity directly on the chassis, enabling automatic steering correction based on chassis movement. This improves stability for beginners while allowing experienced drivers to fully exploit performance potential.
With full bearing specification using multiple precision bearings, the drivetrain is engineered for smooth efficiency and durability. The Readyset includes a factory-assembled scale body and a 2.4GHz radio system that requires no frequency band management, making setup simple and accessible.
