Overview
The Kyosho MINI-Z AWD Readyset (MA-020 series) is a compact four-wheel drive RC drift system designed to deliver precise control and exciting performance in tight spaces. With drift-specific tyres pre-installed and the included 2.4GHz Syncro KT-531P transmitter, it provides immediate drifting capability once batteries are installed, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced drivers.
Built on the refined MA-020 series chassis, the model features VCS (Variable Camber Suspension) on the front, which optimises camber changes in relation to suspension stroke for improved cornering stability. A revised steering control program further enhances responsiveness and accuracy, supporting smooth and controlled drift performance.
The chassis is designed for advanced tuning and supports a dedicated gyro unit (sold separately: MZW711). It includes a dedicated mounting space and onboard adjustment dial, allowing gyro sensitivity to be tuned directly on the chassis. This enables steering correction based on chassis movement, offering stability assistance for beginners while allowing experienced users to maximise performance control.
With a full bearing specification using 14 bearings, the drivetrain is engineered for high efficiency and durability. The Readyset includes a factory-assembled scale body with realistic detailing and a simplified 2.4GHz radio system that requires no frequency band management, providing a complete ready-to-run drifting package at strong value.
